Hello,
My name is Jason Gold and I run an organic animal feed co-op and market garden on our small Ann Arbor farm. When I informed a few trusted people of a new venture that was starting here on our farm I received your contact information and a person that I MUST contact. We are in the process of establishing a Folk School to teach yesteryears folk arts blended with modern technology to a growing crowd of interested people. My wife and I have led courses over the last few years in subjects that we can speak intelligently about. However, where our knowledge is lacking, or non-existent, we have sought out people who can make a significant contribution toward self-sufficiently education by teaching subjects that they know well. What was once a hobby became a focused mission to create a traditional folk school. I believe that offering workshop on shoe making would be an amazing class for our folk school.
We officially unveil our new website on Monday with a local, state and national marketing campaign to follow.
I would greatly enjoy the opportunity to speak with you about the possibility of teaching a workshop on shoemaking. Please contact me at your earliest convenience by email or phone at 734-546-9048.
Smiles,
Jason Gold
